Close gaps and save
Burelbach Industries has developed the Gapmaster system, with 8 systems installed or on order. This system gives laminators and other manufacturers control to regulate and maintain close gaps between panels at speeds up to 200 FPM. The system is designed to work with both manual feed as well as in line with an automatic feeder.
Gaps from two feet to 1/4 inch can be controlled and maintained. The Gapmaster will show immediate benefits including:
•  material cost savings
•  improved throughput
•  reduced downtime
•  energy savings
What does the gap between panels really cost producers? This technology utilizes minimum space in the line and pays for itself in a very short time.
